  • 1 x OLIOMIO 200 Profy (MORI-TEM, Italy) – 2021 model, installed 2022. All-in-one monobloc: hammer crusher, dual malaxers (with temperature monitor), high-efficiency decanter with waste pump. Stainless steel throughout, 3-phase power, professional-grade for consistent high-quality EVOO. Capacity: 150 – 200 kg/hr.
  • 1 x Mini DLE (leaf remover, washer, elevator/deleafer) – Installed 2022. Automatically cleans and feeds olives to the Profy- essential for fruit transfer system.
  • 1 x 2000L Sansone Conical stainless steel tank – Large storage/settling tank with level gauge, bottom drain and front door. Welded legs.
  • 3 x 300L Sansone Flat Bottom stainless steel tanks – Ideal for oil settling, small-batch holding, or decanting before bottling. With lids/valves.
  • 1 x Enolmatic single-head bottle filler – Purchased 2015. Reliable vacuum/semi-automatic filler (easy operation, precise fill levels with adjument dial). Great for glass bottles to fill under vacuum. Perfect for filling viscous products like olive oil.
  • 1 x Tecnomax TSP-2002-A pneumatic capping machine – Bench-top, electro-pneumatic (single-phase, low power ~0.18 kW, 2016 manufacture). Up to 400 – 500 bottles/hour with one operator. Includes 2 boxes of black caps (ROPP/screw or similar- plenty to get started). A small air-compressor is needed to run this unit.
  • 1 x BENCHMATE Manual Labelling machine – Bench-top semi-automatic applicator (adjustable arm, foot pedal). Makes professional labelling quick and easy.
